Christians Online: A Bible Study Prepared by the Human Care Commitee of the Montana District of The Lutheran Church-Missouri Synod The abundance of diverse content offered on the Internet has been a source of both blessing and suffering for many. On the one hand, a wealth of Christian resources is freely available at the click of a mouse. On the other hand, a wide array of worldly temptations is just as readily available. People have met new Christian friends online, and have had their faith built up through Christian materials they’ve downloaded. At the same time, people have fallen into temptation online, and have harmed their souls through materials they’ve downloaded. These positive and negative effects have been experienced by individuals, families, and congregations.
